Qualifications

 

To qualify for a bank contract, you will need the following:

 

1.  There must be a qualifying transaction.  This means that all payments must be credited towards a specific account.  Examples include a specific water bill, parking ticket, loan number, inmate number, insurance policy, etc.

2.  There must be a contract with an entity that either receives the payments (i.e. government agency, utility, merchant) or there must be a contract with an entity that distributes the payments (i.e. employer, family services, corporation) as opposed to an agreement with each individual making a payment.
